BOS Shelf LLC (BOSS) Azerbaijan are an ISO -9001-2000, ISO 14001-2004 & OHSAS 18001-1999 accredited company. BOSS also holds a Certificate of firm Conformity from the Russian Marine Register of Shipping (RMRS)
To date BOSS have constructed Onshore and Offshore Fabrications for the Caspian Sea area and have an extensive track record built on the successful delivery of 6 off 15,000 ton Jackets and Sub-sea Templates for the ACG project. These structures were built ahead of schedule and to North Sea standards. Various barge structures including the Kashagan Marine Spread project and Single Buoy mooring have also been outfitted & upgraded. BOSS are orginised to execute contracts by its customers using an integrated management system.

The BOS Shelf Quality Management System is accredited to ISO 9001-2000 throught Bureau Veritas (BVQI). The initial accreditation took place in 2005.
Quality Managment
The primary goal of BOS Shelf shall at all times be to complete all work safely and proivde an end product to a high Quality standard. To succeed, BOSS must be able to offer construction capabilities that satisfy the customer's requirements and expectations and comply with applicable international and national quality standards and specifications. The purpose of BOS Shelf Quality Management System is to ensure this.
In order to meet these objectives, BOS Shelf has orginised itself in such a way that the technical, administrative and human factors affecting the quality of BOS Shelf work are always under control. it is important that this control is orientated to the reduction, elimination and , the prevention of quality deficiencies.
Demonstration of the continued success of the Quality Management System shall be achieved througth regular audits and reviews of QMS effectiveness.
