Project Management

In 2001 AIOC awarded BOS Shelf the Contract for AIOC of two(2) deep water jackets for Central Area Field which was the first phase of the full feed development of Azeri, Chirag and Deep Water Gunashli (ACG). This represented 26,000 te of Jacket structure and 14,000te of piles. The Project was delivered on schedule achieving Quality and Safety objectives.
Following on from the successful deliver of Phase 1, AIOC awarded 5 more deep water jackets for Phase 2 (2 Jackets) and Phase 3 (2 Jackets) followed by COP (1 Jacket). Jackets weights increased up to 18,000te and successfully delivered through 2005 to 2012. These represented over 120,000te of structure built to International Standard.
The most challenging Project was the current Shah Deniz 2 Gas Project. Two (2) 12,000te Jackets and 5 Subsea Clusters.
The subsea hardware consists of eight(8) SSIVs, three (3) export and five(5) infield, ten (10) FTAs and all interconnect piping spools.
The main scope completes in June 2017, with additional support Scope Continuing until 2020.
Considering the technical challenges of SD Bos shelf have to date successfully delivered 95 % of the project.
Major Projects are undertaken by deploying dedicated Project Management Teams who provide Safety, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Contract Administration and Construction Management.
